Let’s Talk About Our ‘Why’!

Are you on ? I am. Every day. I’ll admit it is my social media of choice (closely followed by cat videos on YouTube).

As you might imagine, I follow Insight Timer there (and everywhere). A post they put up last week reminded me about how important it is to know your ‘why’-that core reason that drives you in life and work.

Finding your ‘why’ can be such a game-changer! It brings clarity and purpose to everything you do. But here’s the thing: our ‘why’ isn’t set in stone. Just like we’re always growing and changing, our motivations and passions can shift too!

When I first figured out my ‘why’, it felt like a lightbulb moment.

But over the years, I’ve noticed my reasons have evolved, leading me to new insights and goals. This natural flow has helped me adapt and find joy in different areas of my life. Embracing these changes has kept my journey exciting and meaningful.

So, I encourage you to take a moment to think about your own ‘why’. What inspired you when you started out? Have you noticed any changes along the way? And guess what? It’s totally okay if your motivations have shifted-that just means you’re growing!

Let’s celebrate how our purposes can evolve and support each other on this journey. I’d love to hear your thoughts and stories! Just hit reply and share what’s on your mind.

Join me next week as we journey through a 10-day challenge to kickass, take names and totally own our power in each lovely, present moment.

If you found value in this, give me a clap (or two, or ten), share, comment, follow or all four!

If you’d like to support me and more well-being for all, it is appreciated.
